[Miata] 99 Factory Installed fog light question

Why not just run with the parking lights on all the time? When was the last
time you *didn't* see that brand new Corvette coming up in front, in back or
just going by with its "Look-AT-Me!", Jeremy Clarkson lights on? I used to
think those parking lights were set to *ON* from the factory until I saw a
few cooler folks driving in daylight without them.
Everyone else on the road will think you're a total ass but at least they
won't mistake you for a speed bump...

light conditions...)

Actually, fog lights should only be run with low beams. High beams
don't work in fog, too much backscatter. Driving lights, on the other
hand, really should be wired in with high beams.

Well adjusted fogs shouldn't be blinding, as they're meant to be aimed
low. If you're going to run them as daytime running lights, it's not a
terrible choice. Assuming, of course, they're aimed low like they're
supposed to be.
