[Miata] Water On The Passenger Side

Yesterday I took my '97 to the car wash.  Upon leaving the car wash I kep the top up and I ran my air conditioner.  Later in the day I put the top back downa dn my wife and I went for dinner in the car.  I made a sharp right turn and a larde amount of water washed onto my wife's feet on the passenger side seeming to come from behind the glove box.  After a few more right turns the water seemed to quit.  Any ideas to solve the situation?  Is there something plugged?  Help?
