[Miata] Need a BIG help from anyone in the Cincinnati area--carstorage

Don't know about Ohio, but out here in California we have an option
to registration - called Planned Non-Operation (PNO) . Costs about
$10 a year - once you've got the car running, you meander on in to
DMV and "upgrade" to regular registration.
Down side is that you can't legally drive (or park) the car on public
streets, but in a private lot (aka any kind of off street parking) you're cool.
