You may be able to find spray vinyl color at your
FLAPS that will match, so you can prep the surface and
spray on a new coat.  You might also be able to get a
replacement piece at a junkyard, or directly from the
dealer if necessary.  Once in a while you can also
find miscellaneous parts like this on eBay, so it may
be worth a look there.
