[Miata] Kumho Ecsta MX -- unavailable period.

Anyone else noticed that Kumho Ecsta MX's are completely unavailable
from anywhere?  We talked about this earlier, but at the time they were
coming and going on tire rack, and I figured they'd be back before long.
 I made the mistake of waiting and shopping around.  Now tire rack says
not available until August.  Anyone that claims to have them online
admits to not actually having them if I call and demand that they verify
they actually physically have them.  (Well, I didn't call onlinetires,
but they want $92/tire for them which is just too much compared to
$73/tire for Azenis)

And, I was so looking forward to trying them out, but I need new tires
before the track day at the end of the month.  So it looks like both
cars are going to be wearing Azenis for the next year or so.
