	Geez, I thought that was the BEST part of the ad page: no hidden crap, it's right there for you to investigate and debate
its worth to you. Better than driving out to see it and finding out there's rust, and it's more than you want to deal with. Or worse
BUYING it and being upset enough to turn the deal around or make a stink. That won't make you any friends either. I agree with
