You might want to consider fixing the clutch slave cylinder.  I understand
from reading the miata.net forums that it is easy to rebuild and cheap to
replace (though I've never done it).  Just a thought.

Also, since you don't seem to mind selling it online, have you considered
autotrader.com, cars.com, and of course the miata.net classifieds?  I've
bought several cars that I found on autotrader and sold one there.  It seems
to work pretty well (though I have heard lately that you have to watch out
for cashier's check scams).
