[Miata] Brake adjuster

Well I guess it doesn't work well since virtually miata I've ever seen has handle creep as the pads wear and I guess since Bill C. said he adjusted brakes on every oil change when he ran Dealer Alt in NJ I guess he figured it didn't work very well either.
