The good news: All four plugs are sparking.

The bad news:  Cylinder 4 fails the compression test - as in zero.

I'm guessing that on a scale of 1 to 10, my "How Badly Am I Hosed" rating is
hovering somewhere around 12 or 13.  Yeah, probably 13.

Something I didn't do: drop the dipstick down into number 4 to make sure
that the piston's traveling up and down.  Should I do this, or is it a moot
point?
