Unless your rotors are crap (deeply grooved, warped, cracked, etc) it makes no sense to replace them unless you just want to upgrade for some reason.   Clean them up to take the old bedded in material off, wash them with brake cleaner they should work fine with the new pads.

Stands to reason front rotors would be a tad more expensive since they're vented.  Stock replacements from Napa, Auto Zone or any of the Automotive suppliers should be as good as OEM stuff and about as cheap as your going to find.

  It's been suggested that I should replace the rotors as well.  I thought it was ok to simply clean the rotors before swapping pads.  I imagine track drivers do this as they switch from street to track pads before an event.  Any thoughts?
