[Miata] winter tires

I've got Michelin X-ice on my car, mostly because they were more highly
rated by consumer reports than the other names that are freaquently
tossed around the list (Nokian, Blizzak).  The only snow tires I can
compare them to are some no-name studded tires that on the car when I
bought it, and Falken Azenis were better in the snow than those things.
