[Miata] Gauge rings for NB

Thanks for the thought Keith. Aren't the OEM ones molded in? I have 
an 01 that has the rings around the two large dials but was missing 
the small set. I bought the three smaller ones from Brainstorm back 
in the day.

After posting I thought about I.L. Motorsport and they have two sets

Should have done those as tinyurls and I apologize. I'm guessing the 
set with cones as they call it would be what I need. I can't 
visualize how the other set are used. The Brainstorms had that "cone" 
to fit.
