[Miata] Ping and Coolant refill questions.

I would definitely be checking the timing and if it is too far off suspect
you got the belt wrong.
As for bleeding just run the engine with the cap open for a little while to
let the coolant start to circulate and keep topping it. Check it often for
the next week.
