[Miata] Seats OEM or racing seats

I have MSM seats in my 98 NB, they make you sit about 2cm higher. 

 

I appreciate the higher back the 01+ NB seats offer.

I was considering repairing or replacing my leather OEM seats with a new set
of seats from Ebay. They have some small tears in the usual places and wear
on the driver side in the usual place as well. They recline and yes I know
real racing seats do not recline but I drive a lot. Leaning back is a good
thing after three hours in the seat. 

 

Does anyone have experience with the new seats or is a there a reason I
should keep the old ones?
