[Miata] [NMC] Installation of rims

Greetings!

   If I recall correctly, the lug nuts have a chamfered edge which matches a 
taper in the mounting holes in the wheel.   This feature causes the lug nuts 
to center in the holes, and transmits the force applied to the hub in shear 
through the lug bolts.   I don't believe that friction has anything to do 
with it.   Just my $.02 worth; your mileage may vary.
