[Miata] [NMC] Installation of rims

	Well it's not truly NMC as it could apply, it's just
a generic question: is the relationship between the wheel,
rotor/drum and hub meant to be frictional under rotation,
meaning that the studs are only used to keep tension. So,
were you to grease each facing during installation you'd be
relying entirely on the shear strength of the studs, which
is NOT their purpose.
	I ask because I often have to fight to get rims off,
especially least when the rims are steelies (the Miata rims
aren't so usually bad). I had one HELL of a time yesterday,
it actually became dangerous, so I stopped :(
