[Miata] a/c fixed, but it is supposed to be like this?

Maybe yes, maybe no.  Generally, the A/C will cycle after it's been on
for awhile.  If you make it work very hard, turn it on high, drawing in
outside air, it shouldn't cycle as much as if you've got it on low.
