[Miata] Needing a better sun visor

I hate hats and can't wear a baseball cap in the Miata since it always seems to be a wind catch and wants to lift off my head.  That said since I'm about 90% bald now I need a hat.  I don't know what it's called but I bought a brimmed hat that is solid on the top but mesh on the sides.  It's cool, doesn't try to fly off my head in the car, it's crushable if you need to pack it and it can even be washed in the dishwasher if you sweat it up.  Love it.
