There are some repair kits out there and some places that repair the dash but the cost isn't worth it on an old dash that can be replaced.  The main purpose of them is to fix collector car dashes that aren't available anymore.  If you really want to fix the dash buy a "newer" one from a salvage yard and replace it.  Lots of work but better than repairing it.

  to get you moving.  I will be painting the windhiled wiper thingys tonite (when it cools off) and I bought a cover for my dried-up, shedding leather steering wheel today.  No, its not leather, yes, it says Harley Davidson--but it looks great, and goes with my new so-f------g what attitude!!


  BTW--can cracks in the dash itself ever be repaired, or do they have to just be covered up with those pimpÚddy-looking rug things?  Suggestions??
