[Miata] air conditioning draining into car

Yup

There is a rubber hose under the dash near the transmission hump that connects the A/C box to the drain through the firewall. Check and make sure it hasn't been kicked loose. If it isn't off then it is clogged. The water either comes out of the hose from it being off or straight out of the box if the hose is clogged. If the hose is attached your going to have to remove it to clear the clog and drain the box. It will drain quite awhile so get something to catch the water and some towels to absorb it too.

Hopefully it's the first thing and you can just reattach the hose and be done with it.

  Hi All ~

Sorry if this is already listed, I couldn't find it and we're in Topsail Island sitting in someone's driveway glomming internet connection.

After the muffler mod (maybe not related), we headed off to vacation. About 8 hours in to the trip, the A/C started draining into the passenger side of the car - pouring from the bottom of the dashboard area, into the footwell of the passenger side. Assuming it's a clogged line somewhere - any suggestions??

  Thanks.
