  It's official, I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful 1992 Yellow :D

  There are a lot of firsts in this car for me:  #7690 is a Base model, so I've not owned a Miata with power steering before.  It's something I'll have to get used to as right now I'm over-doing the input on spirited corners due to the much reduced turning effort.  It's great in the parking lot, but the jury is still out on the road. 

  This is also the the newest Miata I have ever owned!  At 15 years old that may seem odd, but #7690 is two years older at least, and had a lot more miles on him when I bought him.  Right now the Yellow car has just over 51,000 miles and in every way feels and looks like a new car.  I'm feeling very spoiled and very lucky. 

  However the most dramatic difference for me is the color.  For those who have never seen a Sunburst Yellow, there is no easy way to describe the color.  It is the purest, brightest, most stunning yellow imaginable.  It practically glows. 

  I have wanted a Sunburst since I first saw one.  It took a long time to find mine, but I finally made it.
