[Miata] Any secrets as to How to remove seats...

They are tightened at the factory by Sumo wrestlers.

The best thing I have found is to put a 14mm socket on a few long extensions 
to get up away from the floor and then use a breaker bar to turn the socket 
while your leaning downward on it to hold it in place.  The problem is the 
bolts are tight, they are at an angle and they are hard to get leverage on 
them if your just trying to turn them with a wrench at floor level.
