[Miata] High RPM miss

The other thing I'd do is clear the codes and duplicate the error and then 
see what code you have.  1 or the other of those codes could be a residual 
from a previous problem.  Easier to troubleshoot just one code, and the 
correct one at that, than to chase 2 codes.
