[Miata] High RPM miss

Code 1 has to do with the igniter for the coils and the wiring for it.
Code 3 has to do with the CAS and it's wiring.
If you don't have a Enthusiast's Manual I'd suggest getting one as they have
step by step tests in it for problems like this.
