[Miata] High RPM miss

Well the first thing is to check the engine code that is stored by the
event.
2nd, change the fuel filter. Your saying it was changed at 92k like it's a
reasonable amount of time ago. Your talking more than 40k ago. The manual
for the 2004 Miata says change the fuel filter every 25k.
