Well according to my AAA Road Atlas there are 3 on Oahu: H1, H2, & H3 
are marked with the Interstate icon.

BTW, there is another Interstate that does not go outside a state 
boundaries: I-4 between Tampa and Daytona Beach in Florida. Of course 
I'm not including the bypass and spur routss, i.e. those with 3 digits.
