[Miata] 2 questions

I guess I figured their use is more widespread.  Around these parts, they're usually used to enforce lane discipline, for instance to prevent traffic exiting a freeway from immediately crossing double lines and diving across three lanes of frontage road to make a right turn 100 feet away. So around here at least, if you hit one, you were someplace you shouldn't have been.
