[Miata] Balance

Reminds me of when the RX-8's first came out, and some folks were complaining about the harshness of the ride and twitchiness of the handling.  Turns out that one of the items on the pre-delivery checklist is to lower the tire pressures from the 60-something PSI "shipping pressure" that they put in at the factory, and some PD crews were skipping that step.
