[Miata] The Racing Network

Going to the website for the new network the poll question makes it sound 
like they are not likely to be on major cable plans.  I thought the question 
was wording strangely.

If they asked would I be willing to pay extra to have my cable company add 
the network it would make sense but asking if I'm willing to change 
companies is odd.
