[Miata] Toro Rosso hits the Speed limit

First no more American F1 race, now no more American F1 driver.  STR is replacing Scott speed with Sebastien Vettel, starting with Hungary this weekend.

Hardly surprising, considering Vettel's showing at Indy when he sat in for Robert Kubica, Speed's consistent mediocre performances, and a reported physical altercation with his team manager after his retirement at the Nurburgring.
