-----Response-----

While it's obviously against regs, our region is microscopic compared to some, maybe even most. We had an 80-entrant day
yesterday and that's one of the largest they've ever seen (so I'm told, certainly the largest of the few I've seen).
For "special" events (like test and tunes, "schools", etc) entrants are usually cut at 30 or 40 and even then they don't
necessarily fill. I guess the guys really hit the local brand bulletin boards (TONS of Subies yesterday, for example and a lot of
Bimmers too), so that's part of the sudden increase. But in general, more like 50... So there's NEVER more than 2 cars running a
course and they are spread so far that the previous will finish <10seconds after the next started (ie scoring and timing aren't as
logistically complicated).
Also buying even so much as $100 in vinyl letters might be beyond the budget :( Given yesterday's turn out, however, maybe
things will look up. After all *I* finally joined this year, so that's an extra $70 in the pool. Maybe some more folks did as well.
In anycase, here's a good link if you just want to cut the material (which is what I plan on doing as my number and class
will almost definitely change in years to come). Can't argue with <$6 / ft a sheet, and the specs are clear that it's auto-safe:

	Thanks for the responses, Joe!
