No kidding.  Use Craigslist.  I've sold more cars and bikes for asking 
or near asking than ANY of the ads I've placed on Autotrader or 
Cars.com.  In fact I have a car for sale that I'm letting the Autotrader 
ad expire since I'm tired of the loser tire-kickers that keep wasting my 
time. 

Even if you do, it's like $50 for an online + print ad run until it 
sells with Autotrader.   $285 sounds like a big waste of money to me. :p
