[Miata] Annual smog checks

Thanks for the smog check posting, whoever posted it.
Didn't know that was being considered. Time to call
the congresswomen and put in my 2 cents worth. I have
an old Alfa Romeo that gets driven about 300 miles a
year. Seems ridiculous to worry about the pollution it
causes and not about newer cars that get terrible gas
mileage.....
