[Miata] Timing Belt Change Questions

I was just curious whether any gunk would be displaced when doing the crank seal that might warrant a change. I would rather not because the oil is fresh from the change done when I put it down for the winter.

The only reason I've ever changed my oil when swapping the timing belt was
because it was time, and the front end of the car was in the air anyway.
