You greased a clutch cable???  On a Miata??

  Here's what I did.

  Clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, etc.

  All exposed seals
  turret oil
  changed tranny fluid
  upper and lower shift boots
  removed heat shields from downpipe because they were vibrating and making my teeth itch
  greased the end of the clutch cable

  Somewhere in The Garage there is a writeup where someone listed the tools you will need. BUY THEM. DO NOT TRY TO CUT A CORNER!  You will be glad you spent the bucks, particularly for the bellhousing bolts. 

  I think that's it.
