[Miata] That PPF bolt!

How much torque have you applied?  I had this problem and I overcame it with
a big-ass 1/2" drive breaker bar and an impact grade socket.  I used a jack
to press the socket onto the bolt head, using the weight of the car to
really hold it on there.  (I was doing this job solo)  Then I slid a pipe
over the end of the breaker bar and pushed like crazy.  I probably had about
three, three and a half feet of leverage from pipe end to socket end.  After
the initial "BANG" it slowly creaked and groaned its way out.  I certainly
had tons more torque that way than I ever did with the impact wrench.
