[Miata] amplifiers

Know this may be an area everyone gets tired of responding to, but just one more time..........  I want more bass and more volume for my 93 "Lucy".  Don't want a lot of "do-dads", amps, speakers, etc., so was thinking of going with the 8 inch powered Bazooka Bass Tube.  Any one out there used one?  Like them, hate them, no opinion??
