[Miata] clutch squeal - throwout brearing?

I have noticed a low pitched squeal that occurs when I
take off from a complete stop. If I manipulate the
clutch and take off real slow I can make it where it
doesn't do it.

I talked to my father-in-law, who is a mechanic, and
he said it sounded like that there is not enough play
in the clutch and the throwout bearing is staying
engaged all the time causing the squeal when I press
the clutch because it has spun out all of its grease
and isn't lubricated anymore.

Any thoughts? I replaced the clutch about a year ago
with an ACT. Should I tear it apart ASAP and relube
or replace the bearing? How can I ensure that the
bearing is not pushed up against the clutch
constantly?

Thanks

Michael
