[Miata] Turret oil in a 2000

It's pretty apparent what to grease.

There is the large ball that the shifter pivots on and the ball at the end that actually sits in the tranny.  Put some grease on both.  As for the grease, I use whatever I have handy, it's not a high load problem area.  Someone might know the "official" grease but I haven't seen it called out anywhere.
