[Miata] '97 Coil Packs

For the last number years, I've been getting a 401 CEL - engine misfire, when I running consistently at high RPMs 5000+.  I've changed the plug wires and the plugs, so I figured the last thing was the coil packs.  I got a pair off of Miatanet from a '96, after checking the part numbers.  So I pull my coils and discover that my coils only have three prong (wires), whereas I thought the post 95.5 Miata all had four wires, like the ones I bought.
 
 1.    Do I have the correct coils in my car?
 
 2.    Can/Should I use the four wire coils in my car?
