[Miata] Painting Kosei wheels

I've done a couple of sets of wheels with the Duplicolor wheel paint that
can be found in auto parts stores. It works reasonably well but it's not
indestructible. Meanwhile, a coworker had her wheels sandblasted and
powdercoated for under $100. Now that's a steal.
