[Miata] First Winter Drive

The biggest things I've always noticed in winter driving a Miata (and when I
was in university, my Miata was my only car):

- the nimble responses from the summer mean that things happen fast in the
winter. It can snap sideways in a hurry. Of course, it's also quick to get
back straight, but things are going to happen more quickly than something
with a long wheelbase and big weight.
- those little snowbanks that build up between lanes are your biggest enemy.
They can throw you sideways pretty fast.
- there's not a huge amount of ground clearance, of course.
- with four snow tires, they're pretty good in the winter.
