[DeTomaso] Bleeding Profusely

I've been bleeding and bleeding and bleeding and still can't get the
mushi-ness out of my brake system. I don't get any bubbles at the bleeder,
so I'm pretty sure the air is out of the line. I have a Willwood setup
which was installed years ago by Dennis Quella. There's no sign of leakage
at any of the callipers. I think the polished billet master cylinder is the
GM type. Is there a sure fire way to confirm that the MC is the culprit?
Also, if it is found to be the problem, can these be rebuild or must they be
replaced?

Thanks,
Mike Becker
