[DeTomaso] ZF cooling

I have seen one overheated ZF, from a BMW M1 racing car running at Kemola in 
Finland.
Long distance racing, but no more than 500 hp 6 cylinder engine. The car was 
running
continiosly full trottle for long time, sorry to say I dont know for 
exactley how long.
I dont think this ever is a problem on regular street, even with a 700 hp 
engine.
As fare as I understand  the ZF is pusched quite hard in ORR?
