[DeTomaso] Aluminium parts

Polished aluminum replacements for those chrome-over-plastic side marker
bezels would be nice to have, especial if they actually fit right.

I would think that those door handle cases ( whatever, the chrome
tray/bucket part that insets into the door) would be an excellent candidate.
