We found this w/ Tigers, also.
Apparently, the hot air dumps onto the pavement (at a stop) and mushrooms
out to be picked up and pulled through the radiator. This hot air doesn't
help1 (duh).
I think the Puppy found that increasing the vacuum behind the radiator
helped also - this lower piece will also help that, as prviously noted.
Its off to the garage to have a look see . . . .
