[DeTomaso] MANGUSTA CORROSION PREVENTION / Dick Ruzzin

Does anyone know details about methods of preventing corrosion between 
aluminum and steel? 
The Mangusta has three aluminum panels, two rear engine covers and hood, 
which are aluminum sheetmetal over a steel frame.

I know you can attach some kind of slave metal between the two to corrode 
instead of the aluminum but do not know how to do it.

Any one have some information, it will be much appreciated.
