  Maybe your Pantera front end is bigger then mine or you gots the 'little' NASCAR rad <grin> but mine had to be hammered into place....okay maybe not hammered but clips had to be cut, mods had to be made and custom tubes fabricated...having said that its still the BEST radiator I have ever had in the Pantera.

The side clearance is real close. The passenger side top mounting bold 
was very difficult to get to. Might have been easier if I leaned it 
forward even more.
