US spec Panteras were delivered without side view mirrors. Each dealer added whatever mirror he had in stock, usually the ones shown.
 
Same for a radio. There was none; the hole was covered by what we call a "radio delete plate." These are getting rare and go for around $300. If there is a radio, it's whatever the dealer had in stock and they would charge for it over the sticker price.
