Years ago, I saw the aftermath of neglect in a Pantera stored outside in 
Hawaii, then sold in n. CA. EVERY horizontal surface of the body and frame was 
perforated with rust including the exhaust manifolds! The owner (divorce sale) 
was asking $15,000 and I told her she had a $5000 car with $10,000 worth of 
damage. A member bought the car and after totally stripping & sand-blasting, 3 yrs 
of TIG-welding little filler pieces everywhere in the body saved the car. But 
it was a MASSIVE restoration effort! Sad- J DeRyke
